In my freshman year of high school I realized our world is struggling. People's potentials are limited by stress, anxiety, depression, body image issues, etc. This is especially true for Gen Z and Gen Alpha, who have been raised with technology and social media. I've learned a lot from talking to my friends about their mental health.
Most can’t access care it because their parents won't let them or because it’s too expensive. And the people who actually go to therapy don’t like it because it’s not actionable for younger kids. And sadly therapists aren’t always there for you. That's why I've come up with a 24/7, inexpensive, accessible solution to the mental health crisis for pre-teens and teens around the world. I am working in tandem with therapists, neuroscientists, and psychiatrists to create the best products for us pre-teens and teens.
